Have our stage branded for your company. In addition to signage and opportunities to distribute literature, your representative opens and closes the programming each day.

Welcome Reception – $10,000

Thursday night kicks off the LWAG 2020 with a reception unlike no other. Your company has the opportunity to speak while attendees eat. You also have an opportunity to supply branded cups/glasses and napkins, in addition to signage and additional recognition.

LWAG 2020 Conference App – $5,000

LWAG is going digital with an official conference app. All programming and session information, schedules, and maps will be housed here. Be designated as the power behind the app.

2020 Awards Luncheon – $5,000

The new LWAG Female Farmer of the Year Awards Luncheon is a must attend event. You also have an opportunity to supply branded tabletop materials and napkins, your logo on the awards, in addition to signage and additional recognition.

Breakfast – $5,000

Friday morning breakfast starts with a southern breakfast and your companies opportunity to speak while attendees eat. You also have an opportunity to supply branded coffee cups and napkins, in addition to signage and additional recognition.

Portable Phone Charger – $5,000

All attendees receive a portable powerbank featuring your logo. Slimline or cylinder shapes accommodate any logo layout.

Education Sessions – $3,500

Sponsoring individual education sessions comes with the opportunity to welcome attendees to the session, introduce program speakers, and distribute company material in the session and associate your brand with cutting edge topics and speakers.

Reusable Water Bottle – $3,000

Brand high quality reusable vacuum water bottles that all attendees will receive and use long after the event is over

Welcom Gift Bag – $3,000

Put your logo and message of welcome on a white kraft shopping bag that each event attendee, hotel guest will receive upon check in. Inside the bag will be a small bottle of water, a snack, a map of Alexandria and a piece of marketing material from you.

Daily Break Services – $2,500

Agri-Tours – $2,000

On Thursday buses will take attendees to farms to see what and how various Louisiana producers run are stewards of the land. Your company will have the opportunity to have a representative on the bus ride to speak to attendees as well as your logo on the bus. (3 available)

Expo Space – $5 per square foot

10×10 booth space minimum, pipe & drape, 6 ft table, 2 chairs, and sign included.

LWAG 2020 Conference & Expoo – $75

Attendees get to experience a bus tour or breakout session on Thursday, followed by the Thursday night Welcome Reception and Expo. All day Friday events, including keynote speaker, breakout session, expo, breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

Spouse Ticket – $45

Bring your spouse to join you while you attend the Thursday night Welcome Reception and expo Thursday and Friday.
