See below for a list of available sponsorships to promote your brand and partner with Louisiana Women in Agriculture.

  • 15 minute presentation from the main conference stage
  • Reserved seating (near the stage) for 30 guests (valued at $2,250)
  • 20 x 20 expo space (valued at $2,000)
  • You also have an opportunity to supply additional signage to be used at the conference
  • Gift provided to each attendee with your logo on it; Includes design and ordering of the gift + funding up to $2,000

tier 1 partner packages

  • 5 minute presentation from the reception stage

  • Logo on attendee welcome bags
  • Disposable coffee cups with your logo on them [these will also be used at the coffee station throughout the remainder of the day

  • Thursday we will have both a morning and afternoon break
  • As a sponsor of either break, your logo will be presented predominantly near the good stuff... the food and drinks!

tour sponsor [$2,000]

  • On Friday, buses will take attendees to various destinations to see what and how various Louisiana producers are stewards of the land; your company will have the opportunity to have a representative on the bus ride to speak to attendees
  • We'll provide a large magnet for the exterior of the bus with your logo on it
  • You'll also have the opportunity to provide collateral for the attendees on the bus (likely on their seats before they board the bus)
